Kachina Village Addition

Project Overview

This project included a 714-square-foot addition featuring a spacious new primary suite and laundry room. To give the home a cohesive, updated appearance, the entire exterior was repainted as part of the renovation.

The addition was built with spray foam insulation for improved energy efficiency and comfort and featured a curb-less tile shower, knotty alder doors and trim, custom cabinetry, and high-end tile finishes throughout. The completed project transformed both the functionality and appearance of the home while creating a comfortable and inviting new living space.
