Project Overview

This project involves the design and construction of a new 2,000-square-foot modern residence for Mike and Karen Lucas in Mayer, Arizona, on the historic site of the former Mascot Mining Claim.

Because no utilities are available on the property, the home is being designed with off-grid capability, incorporating systems that allow for independent power and utility operation while maintaining modern comfort and functionality. The design takes advantage of the property's unique history, views, and natural surroundings, creating a custom home tailored to both the site and the homeowners' lifestyle.
