Project Overview

This property included a main residence and several casitas that lacked adequate insulation, making it difficult for the HVAC systems to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures during the hottest and coldest times of the year.

To improve energy efficiency and comfort, we furred out the exterior walls, installed R-19 insulation, and finished the homes with a new stucco exterior and paint. The project also included the construction of a custom entry wall and automatic gate. Natural stone sourced from a nearby local mine was incorporated into the entry features, creating a durable and welcoming entrance that complements the property's Northern Arizona setting.

The completed project significantly improved year-round comfort, enhanced curb appeal, and provided a cohesive appearance across the entire property.
